Neurologist, PhD and Researcher
Dr. Solà is a young predoctoral fellow in the Neuroimmunology program of Hospital Clinic-IDIBAPS. Dr. Solà is a young Neurologist who completed her specialization at the Neurology Service of Hospital Clinic between 2008-2012 with the highest rating of Excellent. Before finishing her residency, she expressed her interest in the field of Neuroimmunology and did a clinical fellowship for two months in the prestigious MS Unit of the University of San Francisco (UCSF) in California (USA). Dr. Solà has special interest in clinical aspects and neuroimaging in MS and other neuroimmunological diseases. She is currently participating in the development of research projects in the Neuroimmunology and MS group and she won the Emili Letang award in 2012 as a prize of the end of residency to develop a pilot study entitled "Clinical monitoring of MS patients through telemedicine" that lead to the publication of two manuscripts as first author in the field of Telemedicine and clinical monitoring of MS patients.
